 Have or need a Builder?  Obtaining permits are the most complicated and time consuming step in the process.  Testing may include storm water, and septic to get a building permit.  We navigate through this process with a local builder the buyer selects.  Together we communicate with local townships and state agencies to get to the finish line on time.

 Once we have the building permit through the township, its time to start construction.  Be apart of the various walk throughs at each phase.  You will experience a hands on approach in watching your dream come alive!
